Job Details:

Location: Serangoon

Salary: Up to $3,000

Working hours: Mon to Fri Office hours

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, assisting in order processing, customer inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Verify order information, update order status and communicate any delays

Requirements:

• Available to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally to support important events 
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of admin experience
