Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Maintenance:
  • Lead the deployment and integration of 300mm Full Automation MES solutions across manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure the MES system is maintained, updated, and aligned with production requirements.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement through MES functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Project Management:
  • Manage MES-related projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Data Management and Reporting:
  • Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis within the MES to support decision-making.
  • Generate and present reports on production performance, system efficiency, and other key metrics.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to MES users, ensuring they are proficient in system functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MES system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES management within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and MES applications.
• Proficiency in MES software such as SiView, Fab300, or similar.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server) and programming skills (C#, .NET, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in 300mm Full Automation of semiconductor manufacturing.
