Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of 300mm full automation systems for manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure all automated equipment operates efficiently and meets production requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers and technicians.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Project Coordination:
  • Manage automation projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into production processes.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment automation within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of 300mm semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in automation software and tools (e.g., GEM/SECS, HSMS, Interface-A).
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced automation technologies such as robotics and AI.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
