Responsibilities:
- Monthly management reporting
- Full set accounting
- Audit reconciliation and schedules
- Assist in preparation of the annual budget
- Filing of quarterly GST returns
- Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financials
- Conduct ad-hoc audits on year-end physical stock-take at the warehouse and outlets
- Conduct annual physical count and sighting of fixed assets
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese due to the need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
