Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Order Planning.

Responsibility

• Compile and manage sales related data for reporting purposes
• Ensure Customer Management System is updated 
• Controlling stock inventory 
• Preparing daily/monthly reports to management
• Prepare forecast and provide sales order intakes 
• Prepare inventory control stock list and regularly update the sales team on availability and order status
• Prepare monthly slides for meeting 
• Collaborate and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of system
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum a GCE “O” level with working experience in related field 
• Candidates from automobile industry would be of added advantage 
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite
