Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads for air and sea freight services.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing inquiries for customers.
- Handle commercial inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with operations team ensure smooth implementation.
- Support the sales team with leads, proposals, and CRM updates.
- Research markets, analyze trends, and coordinate with internal teams for aligned service delivery
Job Requirements:
- 2 years experiences in freight forwarding industry (Operations / Customer Service/ Key account/Sales Executive)
